Out-of-Network Insurance

We accept all insurance plans other than those above as an out-of-network provider. Our office can provide you with a “superbill,” which you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. To find out what your specific insurance provider will cover, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask about your out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.

Sliding Scale

Sliding scale services are offered on a limited basis for those who are eligible. Please inquire for more details.

Payment

Payment is accepted via cash, check or credit card. All payments are due at time of service.

Cancelation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note that insurance cannot be billed for missed appointments or late cancelations. The full cost of the session will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
